Extreme Snacks Wholesale does not provide automatic exclusivity on products or regions.

Non-Exclusive Distribution

All wholesale customers operate on a non-exclusive basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Custom Exclusivity Agreements

Exclusive distribution rights may be negotiated based on:

  • Order volume commitments

  • Geographic location

  • Strategic partnerships

All exclusivity agreements must be documented in a formal contract signed by both parties.
