Welcome to Extreme Snacks Wholesale. By accessing and purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Wholesale Eligibility
Extreme Snacks Wholesale is a business-to-business (B2B) supplier. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing on behalf of a business (retailer, distributor, or reseller) and not as a direct-to-consumer buyer. We may request proof of business (e.g., business license or resale certificate) before fulfilling your order.
2. Orders & Payments
- All orders must meet minimum purchase requirements (case or pallet quantities as outlined on our website).
- Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
- Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless prior credit terms have been approved in writing.
- We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders at our discretion.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without prior notice. Pricing does not include shipping, applicable taxes, or duties.
4. Shipping
We ship wholesale products within Canada and to select international destinations. Lead times may vary depending on order volume and product availability. Extreme Snacks Wholesale is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other external factors beyond our control.
5. No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted on wholesale purchases. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
6. Product Warranty & Condition
While we ensure that all products leave our warehouse in good condition, Extreme Snacks Wholesale is not responsible for damage or spoilage due to improper storage or handling after delivery. Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting photos.
7. Limitation of Liability
Extreme Snacks Wholesale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the product(s) purchased.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, product images, text, and designs, is the property of Extreme Snacks Wholesale and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
